Jason Deibler-Love
Jason is originally from Michigan, but life & career have taken him to Italy & Germany, then to California, New Orleans, New York City, Austin, and back to Los Angeles before moving to Southwest Michigan with India and Wolf six months before giving birth to their twins. He has a Bachelor of Arts from Arizona State University, and Certificates of Hospitality and Asset Management from Cornell University.
He has worked for groundbreaking boutique hotel companies including Ace Hotel Group, Standard Hotels and Eaton Workshop. At Eaton, a purpose-driven global hospitality company,
he worked to create new foundational frameworks for Eaton to institutionalize its new Triple Bottom Line system balancing people, planet, and profit, which enabled the company to perform its social and environmental mission while maintaining profitability.

Hia Woollard
Hia Woollard is an LCSW with a clinical history in bereavement, grief, and trauma-focused treatment. Hia completed her graduate studies at the University of Pennsylvania, School of Social Policy and Practice, concentrating on exploring the impacts of chronic illness/diagnostic odyssey on children and alternative therapeutic interventions.
She currently works for a Fortune 50 company in an emerging field of employee care and support. She and her team are developing and implementing standards of care and policies to aid employees in receiving a more holistic approach to workplace care, support, and resources.

Christine Love-MacLeod
Christine–aka “MamaLove”–serves as a mentor and coach for old soul empaths and HSPs on the spiritual path. Christine is a natural teacher with a gift for guiding others through the ancient art of storytelling. She helps spiritual seekers from across the globe discover who they are & why they’re here and offers both visionary and practical solutions for her clients so they’re able to integrate what they learn.
India was Christine’s daughter and only birth child, and her suicide in November 2023 left an indelible mark on Christine’s soul. While she was born to serve, the traumatic and unexpected death of Christine’s daughter galvanized her to dedicate the rest of her life towards helping make the world a better place by modeling old soul values like compassion, equality and kindness, and supporting others embody their full potential.
Serving on the foundation’s board is a natural extension of Christine’s work, and something she is deeply honored to participate in.

Ben Bowater
Ben Bowater has been an educator for over 30 years. He was a classroom teacher in places like Lockport, on Guam, Chicago, and Paw Paw. During those years, he was trained and helped a wide variety of students deal with trauma and other mental health challenges.
For the past 16 years, Ben, along with his wife Maria have Pastored RedArrow Ministries which is right next to Paw Paw High School. Outside of the Ministry, Ben is a volunteer Reserve Deputy for the Van Buren County Sheriff's Office serving alongside First Responders while helping them process traumatic incidents. Finally, because of the nationwide shortage, Ben also drives two afternoon school bus routes for the Paw Paw Public Schools.
Knowing the negative connotations that mental health challenges bring, Ben is eager to help bring greater awareness to these issues and work to diminish the stereotypes people have towards those seeking healing and restoration. -
Tesa Lubans
Tesa Lubans is a maternal health advocate, Licensed Midwife (LM), Certified Professional Midwife (CPM), and founder of Aurora Midwifery, a practice dedicated to empowering individuals through every phase of fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum. With a career rooted in supporting women and families, Tesa brings expertise in maternal mental health and a deep understanding of the unique challenges parents face during life’s most transformative moments.
Through her work, she has witnessed firsthand the emotional toll that stigma surrounding mental health can take on individuals and families. As a passionate educator and caregiver, she prioritizes holistic wellness—addressing physical, emotional, and mental health to create a foundation of care that allows women and families to thrive.
Her connection to the India Summer Love Sunflower Foundation is deeply personal. India Summer Deibler-Love was not only her lifelong best friend and soul sister, but also a beacon of inspiration in her life. Sitting on the Foundation’s Board of Directors, Tesa is honored to carry forward India’s legacy by championing the cause of mental health awareness, with a particular focus on maternal mental health.
By combining her professional expertise and personal commitment, Tesa hopes to remove the stigma surrounding mental health, especially in the often-overlooked realm of parenthood. Her mission is to help provide the resources, support, and education needed for individuals, families, and communities to heal and grow.

Ralph Rivera
With over 25 years of experience in the events industry, Ralph will advise on the operations of the India Love Sunflower Foundation events calendar.
He has spearheaded events and operations for renowned organizations, including the Sundance Film Festival in Park City, UT, as well as the Slamdance Film Festival and LA Film Fest in Los Angeles, CA. His extensive career includes roles at Film Independent, the Santa Barbara International Film Festival, and The Walt Disney Company.
Born and raised in Upstate New York, Ralph transitioned from enduring lake-effect snowfalls to embracing California sunshine in his late teens. A proud alumnus of UC Santa Barbara, Ralph is also a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), accredited by the Project Management Institute (PMI).
